What we cover
We split the half-day into three parts.
- Part 1 (60 min): Why this policy, why now. Walk through every rule with real examples.
- Part 2 (60 min): Hands-on scenarios. We give the team 8–10 real situations and they have to apply the policy.
- Part 3 (60 min): Open Q&A. Every awkward question staff have been afraid to ask. We answer them or note them for follow-up.
